Class Schedule

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:

5:30	class	Teens - all grades Intermediate / Advanced Juniors	class	Teens all grades Intermediate / Advanced juniors	Friday night sparring classes have been canceled.
6:30	on	Juniors (beginner / novice)	on	Juniors (beginner / novice)	We will schedule sparring during the regular class sessions.
7:30	Mon.	Adults: 18+ years	Wed.	Adults	Enjoy the time with your family!

Saturday:

10:00	Tots Karate: 4-7 years old
11:00	Black Belt Club Adults holding the grade of brown belt or above Youth black belts

Tuesday & Thursday classes are held at the Snyder Center (click here for Mapquest directions).  Saturday classes are held at the South Center (directions).

Due to the varied needs of the different age groups, Mid-Atlantic Shitokai does not offer classes that combine age-groups.  While exceptions may be made that allow more mature children to participate in the older kids' classes, this is done at the discretion of Mid-Atlantic Shitokai instructors..
